By using Qbara, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
Qbara is a conversational assistant that helps you create and manage Google Calendar events via chat (e.g., WhatsApp). With your consent, Qbara can read/write calendar data and invite attendees.
Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information so events are created correctly.

Review created/updated events in your calendar for accuracy.

Use Qbara only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Google’s policies.
Permissions & access
When you connect Google, you grant Qbara permission to create and update events on your behalf. You can revoke access anytime in your Google Account settings.
No warranty
Qbara is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee error-free operation (e.g., parsing or time zone errors). Always verify important events in your calendar.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qbara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed appointments or scheduling errors.
Termination
You may stop using Qbara at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.
